Returns

If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it up to 30 days from the date of delivery (or until the end of January for Christmas orders). Items must be sent back in their original, unworn condition. Once the item or items have been returned a refund or exchange will be processed within 2 working days.

Earrings & Rings

For hygiene reasons, earrings must be returned in their original sealed clear bag with the seal still in tact.

When ordering rings, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. A ring ordered in the incorrect size can be re-sized, but this may be subject to a charge depending on the design.

Returns Postage

Please contact me with your return request.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. For your own protection, I recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. I cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

If you are returning an item to me for a refund or an exchange, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility unless the item is faulty in some way.

All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition.
