HOW TO BUY/

To begin shopping, browse through the site by collection or product category. Add chosen items to your shopping bag and, when you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the online instructions to make your payment through paypal.

At any stage you can click on view cart to see selected items, and make any amendments. Once your order has been received we will contact you by email to confirm the details.

Alternatively telephone orders are welcome, and payment by cheque (UK only).

FREE WORLDWIDE POSTAGE & PACKAGING/

All orders are sent free of charge worldwide by Royal Mail Special Delivery service, and require a signature for security. Orders received before 15:00 Monday to Friday are guaranteed next working day delivery in the UK before 13:00.

RETURNS POLICY/

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, returns may be made within 14 days for a full refund or to have an item exchanged. Jewellery must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange earrings.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS/

We apologise if your selected item is out of stock. Please contact us for an estimated delivery time, and we will inform you as soon as your item becomes available.

GIFT VOUCHERS/

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers will be redeemed after subsequent transactions, our confirmation email will include a request for your unique voucher code (found on the reverse of the voucher). Once your code has been received we will include a written cheque for the value of the gift voucher.

QUALITY & AUTHENTICITY/

All Joseph Lamsin jewellery is solid 925 sterling silver, and 22ct gold plated sterling silver. Items are hallmarked where necessary in line with the current UK hallmarking regulations.

All items purchased come in a contemporary Joseph Lamsin gift box, with a Joseph Lamsin jewellery leaflet.

CARING FOR JOSEPH LAMSIN JEWELLERY/

To keep your item clean and bright we recommend using a silver or gold jewellery cleaner on all items excluding the oxidized finish. Please get in touch by using our contact section to purchase this directly from us.

Avoid wearing rings when cleaning and gardening. Don't let your jewellery come into contact with nail polish removers, perfume and hairspray. Never go swimming in your jewellery, chlorine in swimming pools can cause damage to the finish.
