Delivery Update 

I will be away from Saturday 27th May until Monday 12th June.
Any orders received within this time will be posted when I return for guaranteed delivery by 1pm on Tuesday 13th June.
Orders received on or before Friday 26th May will be posted as normal.
Apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

FREE UK Next Day Delivery - Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are guaranteed next working day delivery by 1pm, a signature will be required for security.

FREE International Fast Delivery - Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be delivered.

All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.


Returns / Refund Policy

If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it up to 30 days from the date of delivery (this time frame is extended during the Christmas period). Items must be sent back in their original, unworn condition. Once the item or items have been returned a refund or exchange will be processed within 2 working days.

For hygiene reasons, earrings must be returned in their original sealed clear bag with the seal still in tact.

When ordering Rings, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. A Ring ordered in the incorrect size can be re-sized, but this will be subject to a charge.

If you should receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us as soon as possible.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).

All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid, on the same day we receive the return.
